What to Expect

At Taliarte, divers will enjoy an interesting dive starting from the shore, swimming over a thick meadow of brown algae to the shelf edge on a sandbank at just six meters deep. The area boasts a wealth of invertebrates, including octopuses, spider crabs, giant anemones, and cones. The site is also excellent for night dives, featuring species with nocturnal habits such as cardinal fish, white-spotted octopus, and large common stingrays. Nearby, a seagrass meadow provides shelter for sea horses and a variety of small fish and invertebrates.
